At V, we practice responsible production from start to finish. Not only do we ensure ethical manufacture in our workshop, we also design pieces that have longevity so they aren't throwaway styles. However, in a bid to make ethical jewellery accessible to all, we have to use affordable materials like silver and gold plating. Silver by nature is a soft metal and plating can fade, so over time your jewels may lose their original shape and shine.

So, to truly make V jewels Forever pieces, we're proud to bring our restoration service to you!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REFURBISHMENT SERVICE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME? 

The refurbishment package restores your V jewels* back to their original sparkling state of newness for just £35.

This covers: 

 - Replacing missing stones

- Remodelling misshapen items

- Re-plating jewels to their original sparkling gold or silver state

- Free postage there and back

- Full clean of all stones and crevices

I'M IN! NOW HOW DO I ACCESS THE SERVICE?

It's super easy! Simply purchase the product "Refurbishment Service" from our website and as soon as we receive your order, we'll email a pre-paid postage label for you to use when sending your items to us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

In the interests of the environment we accumulate as much stock as we can before sending stock back to our workshop. We therefore advise up to 10 weeks, however quite often items can arrive with us sooner (but rest assured no later!)
