How can I work out my ring size?
We advise being professionally measured by a local jeweller but if you’re unable to do this we offer a size guide to help you, which can be found here. Please note we work to the “leading edge” UK Wheatsheaf measurement. If you’re still unsure, you can purchase one of our Ring Packs where you will receive a silver version of the ring you are interested in along with two tools designed to help you measure ring size.
Do you offer a resizing service?
If, after you receive your diamond ring, the size still isn’t quite right, we can have the size altered after production by a maximum of 2 sizes at a cost of £35 plus postage.
Do you offer custom fitted wedding bands?
Our straight wedding bands can be worn with our engagement rings, however if you were looking for a wedding band that fits exactly with your engagement ring this is something we can offer. The price for this is quotable under our bespoke service, more information on this service can be found here. If you were to purchase one of our engagement rings and decided you wanted a custom fitted wedding band later on, as we have all the measurements of your V engagement ring you wouldn’t need to be without it while we created your fitted band!
If I was to purchase an engagement ring, can I return it if it isn’t suitable?
As all of our diamond rings are made to order they are therefore non-refundable unless deemed to be faulty. If you are unsure on the ring you have seen online and in two minds about purchasing without seeing it in person, then head to our Ring Packs where you can ‘try before you buy’. These packs provide you with the silver version of the ring which enables you to visualise everything that the diamond version would have if you were to proceed. A tip from us: propose with the Silver version of the ring from your pack to ensure your partner is happy with it before proceeding with the diamond version!
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a standard 1 year manufactures warranty across all of our rings. This does not include repairs from accidental damage or wear and tear. We also advise that you get your ring insured as we do not provide insurance.

All rings are finished with unparalleled precision by our experienced craftsmen in Birmingham’s iconic Jewellery Quarter.
What materials do you work with?
We work with recycled 18 carat gold and platinum and hand select the very best GIA certified diamonds from reputable dealers who adhere to the Kimberley Process preventing conflict diamonds from entering the mainstream market.
What clarity of diamonds do you use?
Throughout the whole of our diamond collection, we don’t offer a lower quality than SI1 to ensure we are providing you with a high quality diamond.
Can I make modifications to the ring or change the diamonds for gemstones?
We can source a variety of gemstones for you but this would be part of our bespoke process which is quotable based on the level of modifications you require. For more information on the bespoke service please get in contact with us or read more here.
What happens if I buy the pack and I don’t want to proceed with purchasing a diamond ring?
If you decide upon seeing the ring in the pack, that it is not quite right then please return it back to us in it’s original condition with all the components, using the pre-paid postage label. Upon receipt we will refund you £125 which is the price you paid, minus a £50 handling fee.
What should I do if I buy the pack and the ring is almost perfect but I want to make some more modifications?
Please get in contact with us at info@vbylauravann.com to discuss a bespoke project with a member of our team and return this pack to us in it’s original condition using the pre-paid postage label. Upon receipt we will refund you £125 which is the price you paid, minus a £50 handling fee. The cost of this fee also entitles you to one free bespoke consultation which is to be used within 3 months.
