By now you know V is all about creating jewels to keep and love forever and so, as an extension of our ethos of longevity, we thought it was about time to design our first collection of Fine Jewellery.
Though the signets really speak for themselves, we thought we’d catch Laura before she’s whisked away on maternity leave and ask a few questions about the NEW collection of 9ct gold and diamond signet rings, designed to last for many lifetimes…
WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE ON SIGNET RINGS FOR THE FIRST FINE JEWELLERY COLLECTION?
Signet rings are traditionally worn as symbols of identity, marking memories of those closest to your heart and so I knew this collection of Fine Jewellery should be with a style that holds sentimental value unlike any other.
When I found out I was pregnant with my first child, I decided to commission a 9ct version of my grandmother’s namesake ‘the Tilly signet ring’ for myself. I knew I wanted something special to pass down to my baby and I kept the face blank, reserved for their initial.
WHAT DO YOU THINK IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT ENGRAVING?
No matter the initial you’re choosing to mark your signet with, engraving is all about making memories last, marking forever jewels with memories you never want to forget. The jewels then take on so much more significance, acting as a wearable reminder of those you love most.

While the Parfum collection was inspired by childhood memories of my mother’s glass dressing table, the 9ct Gold Signet Collection seeks to create future family heirlooms and the only way they can carry this level of significance is by letting them work their way into your signature go to’s.
